Amendments approved by the Senate and the President

Proposal 1 Session 1
President of the Senate,
- The President of the Senate is second in the New Republica
presidential line of succession, after the Vice President,
- The President of the Senate, shall be chosen from the
Senators,
- The President of the Senate, must be one of the elected
Senators,
- The President of the Senate, must be elected at most two days
after the first session.
-If after two days The President of the Senate, is NOT elected
the President has the right to chose the most voted or the
second most voted Senator as President of the Senate.
- President of the Senate, leads the Senate and is also the
Speaker of the Senate
- President of the Senate, has the same rights as all the other
Senators.
Proposal 2 Session 1
Believing that the position of Secretary of Domestic Concerns is
currently unnecessary, I propose that it is eliminated until
deemed necessary at a future date by the senate.
Proposal 3 Session 1
The Election Commission:
- will be responsible for the organization of the elections,
- will observe the election,
- if anything goes wrong the Commission members must intervene.
Election Commission Members:
- Will be selected from the Senate,
- With the approval of President,
- Everyone besides those who have a government position has the
right to be part of the commission.
- The Election Commission must contain at least 2 and at most 3
members.
The President of New Republica:
- is the one who selects the date of the elections,
- must inform the Commission of the Elections at least 5 days
before.
No one will be elected until the Election Commission declares
so. Everyone has the right of complaint in a period of 2 days
after the elections are over.
Proposal 4 Session 1
It is obligatory for every government member to report in front
of the Senate every week.
Every government member MUST include in its report :
- what was done during that week
- what is planned to be done in the future
The Senators will have the right of questions and proposals to
the Government member.
Proposal 1 Session 2
The voting when opened, will be open for at most 6h.
After 6h if at least 2 Senators do not vote, the proposal fails.
The voting also ends when all the Senators vote.
Proposal 1 Session 3 Senator DardoIllyria has been elected as
The President of the Senate. 2 Yea 0 Abstains 0 Nea
Proposal 2 Session 3 New Republican Guard Act. Which would
establish a security council of Five elected members, who's job
it would be to monitor hostile regions as well as suspicious
states in our region. If a region appears to have hostile
tendencies the council will bring evidence against him to bare
and vote to ban him. This council would be directly under the
command jointly of the President, Senate, and Supreme Court.
Approved with 2 Yea 0 Abstains 0 Nea
Proposal 3 Session 3 Senator Anean and Supreme Judge Rome have
been elected as election commission members. Senator Anean is
the head of the election commission. 2 Yea 0 Abstains 0 Nea
Proposal 1 session 4 Law that states members of government have
to appear in front of the senate is repealed the law is now null
and void.
All proposals passed.
