Bill of rights, Right to life section 8
"8. State institutions support the possibility of every person
to participate in public activities and everyone’s right to
democratically influence decisions of public bodies" This
section it gives you the right to express your opinion in order
to influence the government decision. It does not give you the
right to create a political party!
