I apologize for the semantic error. In that post I was speaking
in the sense of myself being senator. But I should have phrased
it as:
"I would like to have the following topics brought up
with my potential fellow senators to discuss openly"

I would like to bring up the political party issue. In the it
bill of rights it states that nations get the freedom of
expression, but also that there are limitations to that freedom.
I do not however like how that is worded. It is difficult to
understand what is the limitations. So for now i do not see
anything saying that USA cannot create his own party. I will
look over the bill of rights again to be a hundred percent sure.

First and foremost, I believe that what's important for us to
note is that the Senate has the responsibility to pass a law.
Whether or not a law is passed is up to the Senate.
If a law is passed and the population believes it is
unconstitutional but that the Senate will not pass a law
overriding the one in question, they are free to file suit
against the government. The Supreme Court will then do the
necessary research to see if the law does breach the
constitutional rights of the population.
This is why I am not a fan of the current discussion being held
by such high ranking members of government regarding a break
from the CONSTITUTIONAL order of things while debating the
constitutionality of a law that isn't even in formal debate in
the Senate.
