       Admendment Request (fair trial act) [at vote ends 6:22pm est by

       Americas Fair Trial ACT
       As the government of New Republica we promise and guarantee,
       that all trials will be held fairly.
       Section 1 - How the court works
       Step 1. Charges
       --Defendant is told of charges.
       Step 2. Wait
       --The defendant is given a 2 day wait, in order to get his
       defense ready and consult with a lawyer
       Step 3. Case
       --After 2 day the defendant must plead his case to the minimum
       of 2 judges.
       Step 4. Appeal (not required)
       --The case is appealed to the highest judge.
       Section 2- In detail case.
       On the day of the defendants case, he will plead guilty or
       non-guilt.
       Guilty ple- Defendant is immanently given a sentence
       Non- Guilty- Case continues.
       If ple is non guilty, both the prosecution and defendant will
       have a chance to present the case.
       When both sides are finished a minimum of two (2) judges will
       decided of the verdict and sentence.
       Section 3- Right of the defendant
       To appeal the case within (24) hr
       To be present for the case
       To be judged fairly
       [B] Clause 1 - Reduction of sentance  valid only if ple was
       guilty  [/b]
       The defendent may at any time request or be granted a
       reduction of sentance.

       1. Formal request submitted on forums
       2. Reviewer by president and vp
       3. Vp and president decide if sentance should be reduced
       [U] granted [/u]
       1. The senate and or president decide the sentance should he
       reduced
       2. A vote
       3. Majority rules, if lassed sentance will be reduced
       [U] reasons for sentance to be reduced [/u]
       1. Exrta work on part of defendent
       2. Trail sentance found to be unfair
       3. Good behavor
