       Should we amend the constitution.

       In the betterment of the region the constitution states that for
       a constitutional amendment to pass it only needs a approval from
       the judicial branch or the senate. This one word "or" has
       created a lot of trouble for the region.
       Whereas, the statement "As such, any amendment requires a
       Majority Vote in the Senate or Approval from the Judiciary" the
       part where it says or shall be removed and replaced with the
       word "and".
       This Herebys removes the word or and replaces it with and in the
       section with the constitutional amendments.
