       Executive Order 001

       This executive order officialy pardons Flattnerk but with
       conditions. The conditions are that he is will be monitored for
       a 6 month time period and it can be extended only by a another
       executive order. The monitoring will be done by the judicial
       branch to see he doesn't again get into illegal activities. If
       these conditions are not met then Flattnerks pardon will be
       removed and then he has to serve the complete 9 months of the
       punishment he was given.
