       Land Reform Act

       The Land Reform Act
       Description: It has become apparent by recent events that there
       is a great need for guidelines on the Regional RP Map. The
       current system in no way accounts for new nations or the
       unchecked expansion of certain nations who have an inordinate
       amount of land compared to other nations. This Act intends to
       rectify these problems and others.
       Clause One: Any nation larger than 2,000,000 sq kilometers
       cannot request, or make requests for any more land than they
       already have.
       Clause Two: If a nation leaves our region their land is
       immediately forfeited and is up for grabs to any nation that has
       less space than that outlined in clause one or for any
       perspective nation that has yet to have land on the map. This is
       also first come first serve.
       Clause Three: All nations on the map must be active at least
       once over a period of two week. Since space is limited on the
       map we cannot afford to have inactive nations present on the
       map.
       Clause Four: This law can be amended as situations permit.
       Clause Five: The map is Regional Government Property. The Senate
       has the right to appoint a manager of the map to add nations,
       landmasses, etc. This person must obey the direction of either
       the President or Senate when it comes to major changes.
       In conclusion, this law is meant to give a specific set of
       guidelines as the rule and dispersal of land on the regional
       map. This is absolutely necessary as new nations will come to
       our region and will request land area on the map. It is
       absolutely necessary that we accommodate them or they may leave.
       Passed by the New Republican Senate on a vote of 2-0
