       Law 002 (Adoption of Bill of Rights

       [center]Adoption of the Bill of Rights Act[/center]
       Citing the lack of a document that guarantees the rights of the
       people, it is proven necessary that we adopt a document as such.
       Seeing the unmitigated success of the US Bill of Rights in
       securing the rights of the citizens of the American Republic it
       should be prudent that we adopt it for our own use as well.
       If this law is passed a referendum shall be held in which the
       people will decide if the US Bill of Rights, adapted for use on
       NS, will be adopted as our own.
       If the referendum passes the Senate shall vote on its adoption
       in accordance with constitutional laws regarding amendments.
