       Remnant Cadidature for Secretary of Defense

       The representative from the United Remnants of America, Major
       General Steven Ryan, would like to announce his candidancy for
       the Regional Secretary of Defense.
       If he does happen to be elected, Major General Ryan knows fully
       that he will lose his spot as Chairman of the NRG and that his
       country will lose a space on the NRG council. However, if he is
       elected,  Captain Devon Jackson will become the nation's NRG
       representative, however he will have no councillor power.
