       CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT!!! Process to become a Judge

       New Republica Bill
       Author: The Republic Rome
       Bill No: 3
       (Under Dardoillyria's 2nd term)
       Title of Bill: Process to become a Justice.
       Section 1:
       Step 1. You need to be nominated by the President of New
       Republica.
       Step 2. You will need to be present during the Senate
       confirmation hearing
       Step 3. If confirmed you will sworn in by the Founder or the
       Supreme Judge.
       Step 4. If not confirmed the President will need to pick a new
       nominee and it will have to go through step 2.
       Section 2: Steps to become the Supreme Judge.
       Step 1. You need to nominated by the President of New Republica.
       Step 2. You need to be present during the Senate confirmation
       hearing.
       Step3. Need a unanimous vote from the regular judges.
       Step 4. If confirmed you will be sworn in by the Founder
       Step 5. If not confirmed the President will need to nominate a
       candidate and they will follow through the steps listed above.
       Section 3: The bill shall go into effect immediatly.
       Statement: The process of appointing judges to the courts is
       never explained in the constitiuon so this law would set a
       process in which the judges would have to follow in order to be
       appointed.
