       1. To run for President you MUST be part of New Republica for at
       least 60 days.
       2. To run for Secretarial positions you MUST be part of New
       Republica for at least 45 days.
       3. To run for Senate you MUST be part of New Republica for at
       least 35 days.
       4. To be appointed as a Judge you MUST be part of New Republica
       for at least 30 days.
       5. To be appointed as a Supreme Judge you must be part of New
       Republica for at least 60 days.
       Furthermore, I will present the new electing system of the
       President:
       1. If there are 2 candidates for President the candidate with
       most votes wins.
       2 a. If there are 3 or more candidates for President, in order
       to, be elected one of the candidates MUST have more than 50% of
       the votes.
       2 b. If none of the candidates does not have more than 50% of
       the votes a second round will be held. In the second round the
       two candidates with most votes will be running.
       2 c. In the second round the candidate with most votes wins. It
       is NOT required to have more than 50% of the votes.
