       Requirements
       At the time of the application ...
       - you must have a score at least 5,000
       - you must have been registered for at least one and a half
       months, and have played recently.
       - you must have an acceptable amount of online time: more than
       24 hours (you can see your on-line time using the /stats command
       in-game)
       - you must be reasonably active on the forums (registered)
       NOTE: If you post an application while you do NOT meet the
       requirements you'll have to wait 2 months before you can apply
       again!
