       Appeal Formate + Rules

       Post your ban appeal using the following format:

       Nickname: (Your name)
       Reason: (The reason/Picture you were banned)
       IP Used: (The IP address you used when you got banned)
       Admin Name: (The name of the admin that banned you)
       Extra Notes: (Any additional information you feel is relevant to
       the ban appeal[/code])
       ALL PM'S SENT TO ADMINS REGARDING UNBAN REQUESTS WILL BE
       IGNORED.
       ONLY ADMINS AND THE PEOPLE WHO ARE APPEALING ARE ALLOWED TO POST
       IN A BAN APPEAL.
