No-stress (unreleased)

No-stress was something I created mostly for those who have very
stressful lives. Usually, people that are very stressed out have
little patience or free time, so this session is shortened to 10
minutes, but still delivers reliable results. Here is my review:
No-Stress 10min Isochronic
I turned this session on after I had prepared a bath with
eucalyptus-spearmint bath salts, and I used a mini speaker to
play it. I got in the bath, and started listening. by the time I
started listening, it was already 20-30 seconds into the
session, and the fishnet sweep for this one is shortened to
reduce time, taking 2 minutes instead of 5. at around 2 minutes,
the frequency rose to 0.9 hz. Very relaxing and euphoric, to say
the least. It was as if all the stress in the world had melted
away, and I was floating in bliss. Shortly afterwards, it rose
to 7.8 hz. This is a frequency often associated with treating
lifelong addictions, which may seem odd. Let me explain. A
mindset often absent in those with addictions to tobacco,
alcohol, or drugs, is the mindset of satisfaction, and this
frequency kind of creates that kind of neural response. This
doubles to help prevent the urge of a smoker to want a
cigarette, which might distract the person listening, as well as
providing a relaxing sensation. Next, the frequency goes up just
a tiny bit to 8.3 hz, which reduces anxiety and stress. The
session levels off, and I was left very relaxed and apparently
carefree.
THIS IS A MUST HAVE for people with stressful lifestyles, and as
