       The theory

My theory of brainwave entrainment is the Fishnet theory, where
I suggest that if a session goes through all the brainwave
patterns in order from highest to lowest, or vice-versa, the
session will eventually pair up with the mind's frequency,
allowing almost instantaneous entrainment. This should result in
the efficiency of a session being tremendously increased,
reducing the time it takes to entrain the mind. The name of this
theory comes from the idea that if you were to take a fish net
and hold it still in the water, you will hardly catch any fish,
if you even catch any at all. But if you were to take the net,
start from one side of the body of water, and sweep towards the
other side, you will catch a lot more fish a lot easier than the
net remaining in one place. How this applies to BWE is that a
frequency that sustains itself throughout the session will have
a difficult time "catching" the mind, whereas a frequency that
moves through all the mind's frequencies will "catch" the mind
in very little time, very effectively.
