Anti-Insomnia (Unreleased Isochronic)
By: ngphil22 Date: July 9, 2013, 12:31 am
---------------------------------------------------------
I recently have been struggling with insomnia, and that inspired
me to create a session to address the issue. When I tried the
version I have now, it was around 22:00 (10:00 PM), and I
usually am up and about at this time, trying to burn off every
last bit of energy I have to increase my chances of sleep. So I
turned it on (the session by the way is a 30-minute one), and it
went through the five-minute fishnet sweep from 44 hz to 0.1 hz
that all sessions 15 minutes or longer that involve delta
frequencies use (if the lowest intended frequency is somewhere
in the theta range, it will only drop to the lowest point in
theta, then increase to the desired frequency. The same
principles apply for alpha, where the frequency drops to the
border between alpha and theta. If the frequency is within beta
or gamma, the frequency starts at low alpha, then increases to
the highest point in the frequency range associated with the
lowest intended frequency of that session, then it will drop to
that frequency). It then increased in frequency to 9.0 hz. at
this point, I was already feeling very tired, much more tired
than I usually do at this hour, which is really not tired at
all. This session made me drowsy and sleepy, as if I had worked
a double shift at a difficult job, but without the exhaustion.
It sustained that frequency for a while, then proceeded to drop
to 3.4 hz. After it had been approaching this final frequency
for a while, I suddenly dozed off, at least from what I can
tell, as I do not remember much from beyond that point. The next
thing I remember is waking up at around 06:00 (6:00 am), feeling
well rested, with a full 8-hours of sleep, compared to my usual
2-4 hours. I also noticed that my headphones had come off my
head and kind of rested around the back of my neck. All I can
say is that I will test this a few more times before submitting
it for beta testing, just to make sure it really is effective. I
will then proceed to make Binaural and monaural versions, and I
will make them available.

I was pleased to make knowledge more than ever before and be
able to study it more.

I also suffer from insomnia. Or if he sleeps, he does not fall
asleep tightly and wakes up
