Again, I must say this.

I have said this over and over but oh well, I see no way around
this.
For the custom titles you have taken off the tick, therefore no
one can get one. I have put the tick back in place though. And
just go to member groups to choose who can get one.
Personally, I think that idea of 250+ posts is ridiculous.
