       Netboards Rules
       Before posting on Netboards, please read our rules. These rules
       are here due to abuse, so please follow them. If you don't, our
       administrators here are ready to smash you with their favorite
       ban hammer. These rules get updated every once in a while, so
       please read the new rules when it gets updated!
       Language
       - Posts should be in English language, due to the fact that it
       just confuses most of the people here on the forums.
       Warning and banning system:
       - We use a 3 strike banning/deleting system. Whenever you get 1
       strike, a administrator will PM (private message) you why you
       got a strike. When you get all 3 strikes, you are either
       banned/deleted.
       - Each warning will expire after it is closed.
       Posting
       - Do not use link shorteners, as those carry out viruses.
       Permissions
       - Do not beg for VIP, as that is a special rank that
       adminstrators give out.
       Account Pruning:
       We do account pruning due to the fact that accounts just sign up
       and never get used, whenever a account has zero posts (and has
       not been used) and it has been 30 days or so, we ban/delete the
       account. Please make at least 1 post to get away from this.
