Diddyland diplomacy

Instead of going through the tedious work of manually
establishing embassies with each state, can we just assume that
every NCSA state has an embassy in Diddyland and that Diddyland
has an embassy in every other NCSA state?
Basically, if any state is NOT interested in having diplomatic
relations with Diddyland, let me know.

Awww i always found that fun as i got to name the ambassador and
a brief outline.
There is also a separate board now. I especially made for
embassy exchanges and talks between ambassadors.

Bio: Retired Colonel of the West Phoenician Army. Decorated and
patriotic servicemen and ardent supporter of the Antebellum
Party and agent for the West Phoenician Security and
Intelligence Office.
