Diddyland claim
DIR By: diddyland

I was planning to RP Diddyland taking over as much land as is
legally possible from "Texas", who has been inactive for months,
for my second expansion.
The RP would essentially be that I allow the former "Texans" to
live in Diddyland and get a Diddyan passport, but would get as
much of Texas's land as I'm allowed.
So, can I do this, or is this a bad time, or is this not
possible?

Do we really need 'new' land claims if we are just moving
forums?

Holy if you want the same area just need to say so.
Its more an opportunity for people who may want to move areas.
