Well historically I've been in the main Virginia area, with most
of Maryland and all of Delaware controlled by me.

The Dixie Alliance will schedule a new meeting is the Carolina
Alliance happy to have the first meeting on their soil? And
after on a rotation basis in all DA states?

Alliance and the Iron Pact into the Iron Dixie Alliance.

We humble decline. The Dixie Alliance was founded on common
ground based off a specific region of the NCSA to benefit
members in economy, diplomacy and assistance during times of
war.

be extended to East- Atlantic states as well.

You can obtain observer status if you have a trade city within a
Dixie members Territory.
Observer status will assist with economy and diplomacy. But
assistance during times of war is optional for each state. It
would be up to them if they choose to assist.
