       Where is best to design new flags?

       I was wondering where would be best to design an original flag.
       I have heard paint and photoshop are pretty good.

       Paint, Paint.net if you like simple and easy. For instance, the
       flag on my NS nations is actually one I made in Paint.
       Photoshop if you're REALLY into it

       I user powerpoint/keynote and then exported the slide as an
       image (.jpg I think)
