       Despite his eyes being closed, he felt like wanting to explore,
       but that was no option. He let out a soft mew then went to
       sleep, his chest rising and falling quickly.

       the only one awake. There were perks to being born deaf and
       blind, and one of them was not having to listen to your parents.
       She was done nursing, but now she wanted to be the kit that
       always crawls over their siblings in search for adventure.
