"Just listen to me Frostpelt! I am your clan leader, you have to
learn to live clan life instead of acting like a rogue. You took
my charity when I let you in, and you took my charity when i let
you eat from our prey. Why can't you just take the offer I'm
giving you now!?" he snaps, his gaze honestly looking hurt as
if he was a kit just kicked by a twoleg. He paused, looking at
her with his one eye looking pained. "Why can't you let me help
you...?" He said in a much softer tone before turning around and
leaving her be.

Foxstar didn't say anything, his face looked genuinely hurt as
he padded away without a glance back. The leader knew that she
would leave, just like he suspected. His ears flattened at her
words, making him feel worse about himself. The leader had
thought that this would teach her about actual clan life. i
guess not...

"Thank you," he mewed, his voice seemingly upset. The tom had
really thought that he would at least be able to teach her to
act like an actual clan cat instead of how she did just now and
for at least the past few moons. The leader had feared that she
would be as rebellious as she came, which wouldn't do her much
good.

The apprentice understood most of what was happening. They had
been watching the two meet when Frostpelt had joined. Of course,
they were told to go back to camp and had raced into their den
and straight to their nest, but they felt insulted by the new
warrior since then, especially with her insisting on calling
them a 'he'.[/td]
