       What happens to Mark Kelly’s or Ruben Gallego’s AZ US Senate sea
       t if either of them become President or VP in 2029?

       Mark Kelly’s US Senate seat is up for re-election in 2028.
       He either retires to focus on the Presidential Race in 2028.
       The Democratic Nominee will be US Representative Greg Stanton.
       He runs for re-election to the US Senate and President in 2028.
       If he wins both races in 2028. Governor Katie Hobbs appoints a
       Democrat to Kelly’s US Senate seat who then has to run in the
       2030 special election.
       Ruben Gallego’s US Senate seat is up for re-election in 2030.
       If he gets elected President in 2028. A Democrat gets appointed
       to Gallego’s US Senate seat who then has to run in 2030. Greg
       Stanton is the likely replacement to either AZ US Senate seat.
