       Is Dalton a junkie?

       Just passed 5 in the morning been reading mails from my bank and
       stuff and a question just can't let me fall asleep. In the
       arc... 'What's pisses off Dalton?' Link:

       Where this Dalton guy came from? Who is he? Does he appeared in
       any previous arcs or this is his first appearance? What is his
       story? Childhood? Adulthood? How did he became a scumbag like
       that? Is there any known info about him? He is for sure an
       important part of the lore because he almost replaced Jack.
       And my most important question which won't let me fall asleep:
       Is he a junkie or why he's taking so frikin much chill pills (or
       as it seems like anti-chill pills)?

       He is pretty anti-social but he doesn't seem to have a brain and
       is really reckless and doesn't really value life at all
       the way I see it He's really nothing new under the sun When It
       comes to the world of Jack
       And even Jack Was like this inthebeginning biting a dudes throat
       and threating to kill everyone in the room
