The Governor of Missouri has sent a message to the heads of all
the states proposing they combine resources to create a space
agency. The goal of the agency would be peaceful
exploration/exploitation of space mutually benefiting all
participants. So, while the agency would launch a communication
satellite designed by an individual member, spy satellites would
be off the table because they don't benefit all members.
However, we would propose that technology developed by the
program could be used by individual states in their own space
programs. We would like to first establish a place and time for
all states interested to meet and discuss individual
contributions and long term goals for the agency.

That sounds very interesting, and I agree. The NCASA sounds very
beneficial. As Adam Simpson, Governor of Texas, I accept and
agree to the terms of this proposal.

The USSDEN would love to join the NCASA, and will supply both
materials and scientists to it.

I am interested and will join this program. We would be happy to
host the program at the Spartanburg Complex for Carolinian Air
and Spacecraft Advancements (SCCASA), and will supply tracking
and communication systems.
