General Question

So it has been a long problem with the NCSA that we end up in a
situation that requires and Admin or the Founder on NS and he is
just not here to do anything, so maybe it is time to move to a
new region that we all create, where we guarantee there will be
at least one or two active administrators to prevent crap like
this from happening and where we don't lose half the NS people
in a month.
This new region will use the same principle: the Confederacy won
the war, we will just write a new constitution and set up the
new region very similar to this one except the fact that we will
not have the administrator problem that plagues this region.
Thoughts?

I mean, if the Global Mod can appoint moderators to oversee some
aspects of the forum with powers to delete, etc, etc. I think a
lot of things can be easily stopped and really inhibit the
"problem person".

Yes. It would be the NCSA still, but we'd move to another forum.
We'd have everything here, but we'd have more admins and mods.
And we'd have contingency plans.
