We are accepting your deal from on the other thread. In return,
we offer:
Steel, Automobiles (Gasoline and Electric), Solar Panels,
Satelitte Dishes, and home electronics (PCs, TVs, Etc.). Or if
you would prefer we can pay directly with money.

Yes, as long as the naval base is simply a defensive base for
protecting other states, your state, and the confederacy as a
whole (My millitary ideals). I don't want to be a part of a
secret millitary operation as I am a friendly state who wishes
to have peace.
