Sparta notifies each state that they would wish to sign a
contact to be the sole provider of sugar, chocolate, and tobacco
to all states. Any state interest just needs to sign below and
Sparta will begin to immediately ship from their three trade
depots in Turckden, Columbia, or Sparta itself. If any state
searches for other goods also they may post to inquire upon the
goods they need as Sparta is a universal trading state and have
a surplus in most all goods.

We would like to make this a deal and discuss items that we can
trade in return. We would like to ship from Turckducken as
carrier ships are already traveling there.
