He was new and made a mistake. Caos we have to give people
chances. I was given three chances in the last region, you were
given 5 or 6 and Amero was given 10. It would be hypocritical
for us to not give him a 2nd chance.

Okay so why don't we compromise then. Bring your evidence to the
Supreme Court and try and seek a punishment. But, Congress can't
do anything by themselves. The law of the land is the Supreme
Court not the Congress.
