OOC: Guys, this bill has been tried in various degrees in here
before. Trust me when I say that this bill is a well meaning
idea, but it never works like you plan.

On discussion with officials back home West Phoenicia changes
its vote to aye to table. We will not support a state that
trades and sells slaves as if they were a commodity.

it because our state owns slaves? That's rather laughable, in
fact slavery has nothing to do with this bill and for the final
time they aren't really slaves, they are contracted servants,
meaning they serve under terms of a contract and are not paid.
I'm not going through the whole slave law legislation book
again, but keep personal feelings towards unrelated subjects out
of the matter."
