OOC: He made this region, dude. If your thing is that when
authority isn't around, you get to do whatever, then that's not
a good philosophy.

OOC: Hmmm, I thought Louisanne 2nd it...maybe I'm wrong. And
Caos, just because he made the region doesn't mean his laws can
be amended are have add ons to it. It's kind of how the real
world works, if we had that much respect for the founders I'm
pretty sure slavery would still be around.
