OOC: In this context, I'll be speaking for CSM, because this is
what he intended it for.
That law was never meant to be rebuked. In fact, he intended
that to be THE law regarding territory. He did not want
something like this to happen.

previous act."
OOC: Caos no law is protected from being amended or repealed or
rebuked. You can't pick and choose laws that are safe. If 2/3rds
believe that this law is constitutional then it will pass. You
are welcome to be against this bill, I knew some people would
be. But, you don't get to speak for everyone. If 2/3rds want
this then the bill will be passed. If Gondor or the next
president is against this then it'll be vetoed. If Gondor or the
next president are cool with this bill then it'll be law. Of
course you don't have to comply to it, you don't have to own
colonies if it is passed, it's up to you.

OOC: Dude, I'd be for grabbing colonies.
But the implications of that would be incredibly difficult. You
would have to amend the Land Act to the point of removing it.
AND CSM, THE ADMIN AND CREATOR, did not want that to happen.
That is what I'm saying. Don't take it personally. I'm not in
the mood for a fight today.
