"As long as this action is regulated, Louisianne stands behind
its vote.
However, maybe a committee can be introduced in order to provide
a non-biased perspective?"

"A colony is "a country or area under the full or partial
political control of another country, typically a distant one,
and occupied by settlers from that country." Yes, that is true.
A government can be formed to oversee this colony. But you can't
call it a sovereign state as it is under the influence and
control of its overlord. It is, in essence, a territorial
extension of the parent state and as such a in conflict with the
Land Claim Act."- to James Espo

OOC: Caos I'm not insulting your intelligence, holy cow. Now
would you cut the ooc bull crap
"So y'all are worried about an empire? An empire?" Jag laughed.
"You two are truly fools to think it would create an empire.
Stand in line I suppose. Imagine if no law was rebuked. I'll
remember that my friends. No law can be rebuked according to you
Mr. Rep from DEN, whatever your God forsaken name is."

OOC: Reina what's your Reps name?
"Yes that is true, but if in essence the colony governs itself
but is protected by the mother state, it is in esscence it's own
nation, but is under the guardianship of said home state." VP
Espo said.

"A territorial expansion made the parent state usually for the
extraction of the colony's natural resources. Is this not true
sir? Do you acknowledge then that these colonies are sovereign
and independent nations not subject to the control of its parent
state?

"No they are under control of the parent state therefore making
them bound to the law of the parent state. I suppose their is a
chance that these colonies would break away but that is a risk
I'm willing to take."

"So then they are a territory of the state, a piece of land
controlled by the states' government. That makes it an
expansion, and thus makes this conflicting with the current
laws."

"Yes this is true. However I would recognize these colonies as
vassals, which are semi-autonomous."
