But a colony is an expansion of territory. That is prohibited.
If it's land, it's territory. No way around that.

OOC: Uhhh no there is a big way around it and that is that it
never specifically dismisses the ownership of colonies buddy,
you do realize that you to would be able to own colonies right?
This bill isn't just for me it's for everyone. It's been talked
about since the first day I got here.

OOC: You can't. Because it's land that you own. Because it's
territory. Because it's on the map. And that means it applies to
the land act. QED, you can't own it.

can own x amount of land in an across sea colony. It would be

colonize is a country or area under the full or partial
political control of another country, typically a distant one,
and occupied by settlers from that country... So, the
Constitution is vague on the topic of what defines a colony so
this could be a chance to clear it up. I say we allow each state
one colony the same size as a land claim."

OOC: Uhm no I don't. And this will be monitored, meaning that
Alaska can't be taken. I clearly state which regions can Caos,
so stop pretending that this will allow empires. It has land
limits for God's sake. LAND LIMIT'S. How many empires had land
limits? Ding Ding, correct, 0. These are called colonies, not
empires. Colonies not empires. Got it? Good.

Stop insulting my intelligence. You know what an empire is? This
creates something like BRITAIN. This bill lets people expand
BEYOND what they can. It's all for selfish reasons. why even add
Antartica, or Australia, if it's already a nation, and if it's
so far away? Why? Because you wanted it.
