Columbia-Sparta Meet

Governor Preston awaited the arrival of the Spartan Diplomat, he
had big plans to swoon the hearts of Sparta.
"Good evening, sir." Preston said as he shook the man's hand.
"We've got a car, we're gonna drive over to my plantation for a
meal and a walk if that's alright with you, sir?"

Governor Preston was helped into the open hooded car that looked
like it was from the late 1800's. Brock followed along. They
drove off to his plantation in a ride filled with laughter and
goodness. They arrived at around 3 pm. There they drove into a
giant 5,000 acre area, filled with plantations, slave housing,
and an antebellum house sitting out in front of a pond. The
flowers bright white fell down from the trees, beauty was
everywhere.
"Evenin' Master," said a slave man herding some cattle down the
orange dirt road.
"Evenin' to you too Jones." Preston called back. "So what is it
you wish to do Mr. Horton. Shall I call over Miss Harriet to
make dinner for us or do you want to talk business right away
and come take a walk with me around the plantation. It is
beautiful." He said as he got out of the car, finishing smoking
his cigar. "Oh silly me, would you like a cigar?"

however and take a walk. We can eat dinner after. Shall we get

"Oh yes, here." He gave the Brock a cigar and lit in while it
was in his mouth. "So let's start then, head on this way." Brock
followed and saw a large cotton plantation in the back of the
large property. They walked down another orange dirt road. There
were rows of houses with slaves ready to end the days work while
some were still out in the fields. "And that is the plantation
right there, 100 acres of pure cotton. Did you know that this
entire property has 5,000 acres. Mornin' Sir." He interrupted
while a elder servant rocked in a rocking chair outside a small
brick cabin.
"Evenin' Massah, how goes it?" He mumbled.
"Pretty good sure as your born, have a good night Lincoln" He
laughed. "Oh I'm sorry, sorry I get distracted so easily at this
age you know?" He puffed on a cigar. "So just to let you know,
and I assume you know, this meeting is less about abortion and
more so about a certain thing we need to talk about and that is
uhm, Senator Jag McCartney. I hope you are considering putting
your ballot in for him."

"Yes I know he is heavily popular with the Spartan people but I
can't judge for all of them. What else is there to discuss?"

"Well you see," he said while smoking and coughing. "We have
some land in the Australian Territory, you know a place the feds
don't want anyone at, so uhm. We have two areas." He took a map
out of his coat. "Right here and right here, and you see we'd
love for y'all to come down there and maybe help grow the
colonies, I mean you'd have to comply to certain laws and all,
and such, but we got some good men down there and I think they'd
love to see you around, or anyone. I mean we already have a deal
made where you'll be settin' up shop over on the Alabama River,
it's beautiful can't what for y'all to see it...but what would
you say if we gave you some land to help us produce some crops?
You'd be given full reigns over that area and we'd let you
expand out. That northern part they call New Scotland and they
call that eastern one New Wales, not very creative I know."

"Nothing big, we allow the folks there to control taxes by
themselves. Laws simply like murder laws, abortion laws, trivial
laws, some of the slave laws, we're a little looser there and
all, but you'd mainly get to enforce Spartan law in your area
but we ask that pretty much this is for peace and that peace
remains with the native tribes there." He said waving to two
little Negro boys playing soccer in the street.

"Okay, now I have a request. You are the only supporter of slave
labor and U.S. Spartans wish to acquire some, secretly. What are
your prices? And where would we set up at in Australia?"
