We would like to see a war crimes bill entered into Congress.
A bill that would make certain acts committed during times of
war a punishable offence

nations have gotten overtly aggressive towards each other.
Apparently it's forgotten that we are united by cause. But
certain states refuse to comply and have harmed the state of
Columbia and many other states as well. Whomever replaces me as
Senator, assuming I would win, will be happy to compose a law to
protect the people being attacked by another state, and I too
would support it."
