"I plan to bring in a naughty corner for naughty nations. Much
like what we do to children. If a state cannot be responsible we
will treat them like a toddler that needs to be directed.
If they cannot play nice we may have to take their toys away
until they do. This could be done with examples of limiting

"Some of my policies for those who have been waiting"
With a timed wink the sky comes alight with fireworks. The sky
dazzles with colours of green, blue and red. In one loud bang
the fire works display "Vote Cruz"
Sports and Culture:
As President I will encourage and help fund our Sports and
Culture. More sports mean states working out their aggression on
the sports field instead of behind guns. I will propose a NCSA
Summer/ Winter games. It will also help boost the economy of
the host nation with an influx in tourism. As well as assisting
in creating jobs in all states with new jobs to accomodate the
sports. This is just the start beauty pagents, cultural
competitions, battle of the bands will not only boost the
economy but hopefully bring peace and creativity.
Constitutional Reform:
I will call for a complete review of the Constitution. With
input from all states in helping to create a more understanding
Constitution for all to understand and be proud of. We will also
call on states to create a bill of Rights to assisted the
Constitution. No state wants their rights stepped on. Let us
work together to fix this.
Taxation:
We aim for more balance in the NCSA. We will strive to end the
discrimination created by the Socialists. Tax cuts for the rich
and middle classes. We will seek a standard minimum wage across
all NCSA states less tax taken from a pay means money in the
pockets of the working class. And incentives given for business
to hire more staff.
NCSA MIlitary:
A strong ready military is needed against invasion from other
countries or states asking for assistance from invasion from
other states. Keeping it in check to ensure any action or
assistance is Congress approved.
Cabinet:
I will ensure only good looking personnel are appointed to my
cabinet. A happy cabinet is a productive cabinet. I will
assign positions based off merit. I will even cross party lines
by putting the right person in the right job for the right time.
Rich or poor, Conservative or unwashed Socialists. It is about
building bridges.
Infrastructure:
We all are part of one NCSA community. I will pledge funds to
connect us all by rail and road. Vast new rail and road networks
are needed to connect us all. This will increase jobs for each
state. No state should feel isolated. Rails and roads connecting
all states will be like a warm group hug. We also propose an
underwater roadway tunnel connecting Sparta to the mainland.
Immigration:
I support immigration policies that are enforceable, pass
Constitutional muster and do not reward or encourage
lawlessness. We need to make a clear distinction between people
who legally immigrate between states by following all State and
Confederal immigration laws and regulations (Immigrants) and
those who cross our borders without regard for those
requirements (Illegal Immigrants).
Education:
I will not force other states to pay for other states education.
It should be left in the hands of each state how they deal with
education. West Phoenicia has public and private universities,
that is our choice. And should be else choice alone. Why do we
or any other state have to pay. No thank you, keep your hands
out of my Louis Vuitton Purse thank you.

I do support your sports, cabinet, and infrastructure platforms.
But can you explain why the rich should be taxed less even
though they make more money? And what makes you qualified to be
the president of the NCSA. You are an actress, after all.

"We feel that the rich are penalised just because they are
successful and work hard to get where they are. No one should be
taxed unfairly just because they work hard. Its almost like a
punishment. If rich people are taxed less they would have more
money to spend, money that would be used to assist small
business grow because the money would be flowing to the
business. Who in turn can hire more staff to meet the demand of
extra consumers buying products.
Our coffers are already overflowing with money to assist in
building infrastructure, hospitals and schools. An even and
fair tax for all. Another way the NCSA can save money is by
focusing on the needs of civillians. Affordable housing,
schools and education should be over wasted money for space
exploration.
Why am I experienced to be NCSA President?. I have stared in 2
movies where I was the President one where I saved the world
from aliens and the other where I saved the world from a 10.5
earthquake. And I have bedded many a politician. We have had
many a career politician voted in who has not cared for the best
interest of the NCSA. Its time to vote in someone who is loved
by the people and who can walk a day in their lives. Not career
politicans who live in ivory towers make promises that they
break the moment they are elected or who once elected do
nothing.
