280 billion dollars has been spent to build a hyper loop system
to connect the many cities of Golden Coast. Along with the hyper
loop, a maglev has been established connecting all cities to San
Francisco, LA, and Sacramento. Meanwhile the wall that was being
constructed was finished along with the bases. The Golden Coast
has official closed off all entrances to the Golden Coast except
Sacramento, LA, and San Francisco. The only airports located in
the Golden Coast are LA, San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento,
and Eureka. Silicon Valley officials have been placed
responsible for the establishment of an internet security team
to prevent the threat of cyber warfare. Major wiring is being
placed through out the state connecting the cities even if
satellites are taken down. The streets are currently being
replaced with solar roadways ensuring that power will be gained
through the vast roadways of Golden Coast.
Meanwhile in Woodland, the beginning signs of nuclear power are
beginning to be reached. Scientists have made several big leaps
toward nuclear energy and have begun the race against solar
energy and hydroelectric energy to increase funds for Woodland
instead of Oxnard or Irvine. Scientists predict a running
nuclear plant blueprints soon.

to enrich uranium.

The Golden Coast has begun a massive construction project to
expand the two ports in San Francisco and Los Angeles. It Has
then gun to construct ports in San Diego, and several other
cities on the coast. A canal system has then begun to be
constructed to allow for water transport between cities.

OOC: It made me laugh a little when a city produced Finance,
this also seems like a lot of money is this what your
NationState generates?
His Excellency has expressed hopes that these developments are
taking place for the advancement of security and peaceful
purposes, with no militant presence, in any state that he is
aware of, it confuses His Excellency as to why such developments
are taking place and why the leaders of the Golden Coast are not
investing more in the State's people?
