I don't know. To spot starts and everything else in space. I
mean if we have the tech. We might as well put it somewhere. So
I am going to have the greatest telescope on the continent.

Okay. That IS what Vantablack was made for anyway. To give the
telescope the darkest thing possible so they could see stars and
light better.

6 Trillion has been spent on the construction of the largest
shipyard in the NCSA. This shipyard will be known as National
Steel and Shipbuilding company. NASSCO. This ship yard will have
state of the art techniques. It will use the best steel. ABS
steel. It has hired over several thousand naval architectures to
help with the efficiency of the system. New Cranes and other
docks have been placed. Massive Steel manufacturing industries
have been established to produce the steel necessary for the
dockyard. The NASSCO will also have a ship repair yard located
just south of the construction area. This area is located in San

The Hawks are a spy agency. They are known for their hell
training. They are one of the most effective intelligence
organization. They have agents throughout the Neoconfederate
region. Unlike most spy groups, They do not try to join gov't
positions or the military. They commonly work in contracting
organizations and work forces. They are known for their ability
to camouflage into the common people with such skill that no one
ever suspects them. There men have a patriotism of the Italian
police.
Even with that patriotism, they will fight against their own
country to keep hidden. They are their own government and
operate at their own will. There are stories of Wellsian
senators and even emperors who have been killed off by the HAWKS
because the Wollar clan did not like them.
The Hawks have been known to join terrorist groups and other
rebel factions to gain knowledge for the safety of the Wellsian
forces. They are trained from birth at a rate only matched by
the ancient Spartans. HAWKS are the sons and daughters of HAWKS.
They are a family agency. They are raised by the soldiers as a
unified family. They are all related to the original HAWKS.
They use foldable plastic weapons which allow them to carry
weapons into secure zones without fear of security checks. They
are never taken prisoner and are known to kill off Wellsian
troops taken prisoner to prevent the spilling of national
secrets.
They are equipped with
All plastic:
C-4, Claymores, motion sensors, foldable sniper rifles, thermal
glasses, blue tooth listening devices that enhance sounds and
pick up on different frequencies. They have special blades on
their shoes, On their fists, They have synchronized plastic
wrist watches to keep time without preventing scanners from
catching them.. They wear a light Kevlar jacket underneath their
clothes.

The Falcons. These are troops that no regular or special forces
want to fight with. These are the guerrilla troops of the
Wellsian Empire. They pack light. They are known to run miles on
miles every day. They are trained to attack a point at the
enemies back. disappear. and then reappear miles away out of
range of enemy attacks. They are in charge of all hidden
weapons. They have also created multiple routes to reach places
and commonly blow up a trap door after using it to prevent
enemies from taking control of parts of the tunnels. They are
known to copy Viennese techniques in defense of the Golden
Coast.

The Surfers are the special forces for the Golden Coast. They
are 100,000 strong and train near the Sierra mountains and the
desert. They learn techniques taught by HAWKS forces. They are
known to have some casualties during training. The HAWK 14
support/ transport craft is their main helicopter. The
amphibious transport vehicle is their main land force. They are
not allowed to marry until they retire from the force at the age
of 30. Once they have entered the force. They can not become a
citizen of another state to ensure secrecy of techniques. These
men are stationed in-between LA and SF
