The Golden Coast is a Naval State. It's research and development
is concentrated a lot on trade and coastal defense.

The Nation of Golden Coast was hard at work as a hyper loop was
being built between LA and San Francisco. This loop will cut
travel time down to pieces. The Major tech industry, Tesla,
pushed forward on the 12 billion dollar project to build the
tube. and the capsules that would be inside of it. With these
loops established, transport from one side of the state to the
other would be 35 minutes. This would allow for massive
improvements in the expansion of knowledge in the state. Tesla,
a recent booming firm, had begun the development of several key
technologies and was heavily funded by Golden Coast. Electronic
cars, hydroelectric dams that ran on ocean waves, and hyper
looping were Tesla's major projects. These projects have begun
construction and development by Tesla with the full backing of
the Golden Coast state.

Explosions shook throughout the beach line as workers begin to
build superports in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. the
coastal waters are dug deeper to allow larger ships to enter the
bays. Massive metal cranes are being slowly transported from LA
to San Francisco as the different parts of ports are being
slowly moved toward their final locations. Meanwhile surveyors
began planning the development of a wall to surround the outside
of the state. Several powerful individuals have arrived in
Silicon Valley and have begun to invest in the area of
education. The first of many schools have been opened.
University of Silicon Coast. (USC). To help it start out. Over
53 billion dollars have been donated to it by Golden Coast.
Meanwhile a small high-tech company has received a 22.8 billion
dollar grant from Golden Coast to develop a Hyperloop through
the entire state. It has invested another 40.6 billion dollars
in a new research business known as google. Golden Coast has
begun the development of a research center for a Research
institution known as Intel.

1 trillion dollars have been put into the development of the two
ports. As massive concrete and steel structures begin to slowly
appear coming out of the water. As the inner port slowly begins
to be built in to both cities. The outer wall begins to be laid
out over the water as engineers prepare to hold back the sea.
Cranes and docks begin to appear on the coastline. Rail Road
tracks have begun to be set up between the ports and different
cities. Meanwhile 26 billion dollars has been paid to begin
building a hyper loop, capable of cargo travel, between Los
Angeles and San Francisco.

1 trillion dollars has been spent on the construction of bases
throughout the nation's borders with several large bases in the
heartland of the Golden Coast. These bases have massive
artillery cannons. Ones located bear the water have 4 16inch
cannons, anti air missiles, anti-ship missiles, gas masks, and
other anti-naval invasion weapons. These bases have an
underground cable communicating between the different bases.
Each base can see land the base to the left and right of it can
also see ensuring that opponents can not sneak up to the coast
out of the view the other bases. Many parts of the Golden
Coast's waters are slowly being mined and barricaded to ensure
that only wanted guests can enter the coast line.
1 billion dollars have been sent to establish the Seals. These
soldiers are special volunteers that have passed exams allowing
them into the special forces. These troops are the special
forces of the Golden Coast. They are expert naval warfare and
coastal warfare specialists. They are trained to fight on the
coastlines and take beaches. These troops are armed with weapons
designed to continue working regardless of sand or water.
Massive steel beams begin to go up as the buildings of the port
like the cranes begin to slowly be constructed. Project
Hyperloop is working well as the hyper loop structure appears to
hold the hyper loop system above the ground. Massive donations
to the University of Silicon Coast has increased their
technological development through the ability to spend money
freely on any research projects. Google has received another 30
billion to increasing rate of coding capability and other
digital developments. Google has been hired to be the
Government's cyber warfare defense. Tesla has held up its part
of the bargain by beginning to develop hydroelectric dams and
electric cars. It has progressed as the Golden Coast government
promised it another 25 billion dollars after the development of
electric cars.

.5 trillion dollars has been spent on the finishing of the port.
Over 4 trillion dollars has been spent on the development of
naval technology that has been announced to be developed
previously. .8 trillion dollars has been spent on the
development of an under ground bunker route from one side of the
nation to the other ensuring that military forces can travel
without being detected. The system will have anti-thermal
equipment ensuring that satellites will not be able to detect
them. Over .25 trillion has been spent on the creation of
military equipment for soldiers including modified camouflage
special uniforms and defensive armor. It has also been spent on
hiring military specialists to train light infantry units. Over
.5 trillion dollars has been spent on the construction of two
Military Academic Institutions. SAN FRANCISCO NAVAL ACADEMY and
the SAN JOSE ARMY INSTITUTE. A Vantablack telescope is being
developed for Silicon Coastal.
