"I wonder where the sovereignty of government stops and the
rights of the people begin, not only would this bill violate the
basic human right to be free, but it would justify practically
       any means of economic profiteering."

"So you are going to outlaw a human's individual liberty and
right to sell themselves into slavery? I guess you might have
missed the point where they can't be abused and where their
rights are protected. Wake up you liberal fools. Progressvism is
going to lead us to tyranny. This is the matter of Columbia and
all states that wish to use slavery. You have no just reasoning
to take away the voluntary slaves from their work."

"If they sold themselves into slavery to cover monetary issues,
why didn't your government just insure them equal and fair pay?
I would like these instances of slavery to be investigated.
Something seems rather fishy there to me."

"Leave them alone, they will fight for their livelihoods. I know
many fine boys who were born into slavery and became a Senator.
How about Mr. Henry Spoke? Remember him? Yeah born into slavery
and because the plantation gave him the work ethic and the
ability to move upward socially he became a Senator. So go ask
Mr. Spoke about that." McCartney snarled.

"I really question the legitimacy of such a claim, slavery by
institution offers no upward mobility. Much in the same way of a
       caste system."

James Archer the owner of a plantation in Buckingham, Columbia.
He currently owns 98 slaves so would you like to come and see
       how things function?"

"All I have is your word and I do not intend to take it. Slavery
as an institution is morally wrong, it doesn't matter how
'justified' you make it, besides this expansion would only give
the federal government more expansive power, something you
oppose. It seems that you only oppose the system when you feel
       as it is against you."

"Actually this restricts the federal government from outlawing
slavery as a whole and puts slavery in the hands of the states
so you are way off and should probably go back and read the bill
       sir."
