Ooc: we own parts of southern Georgia as well as Florida. :)
Tobacco and Cotton have been two of our biggest exports since
the formation of West Phoenicia along with Sapphires, tea and
fruit. Turkdurken would be crazy to revoke such a deal as we
also have a very lucrative oil deal with them that is keeping
their pockets of their citizens flush.
"That Shale line better not even be near our borders we do not
want the state of Sparta near our borders" The West Phoenician
       Trade Minister comments.

We ask Turkducken to not make trade with WP exclusive given that
we can offer cotton at a much cheaper price. Plus, given the
territory Columbia resides in, we have the ability to produce
       much more cotton than WP.

"Columbia would allow Sparta to open a port along our rivers,
however the shores are off limits. You may open along side the
Alabama River in the port city of Saint Kitts. This would allow
access to multiple rivers for you. However, these men who work
       here must follow Colombian law."

OOC: I do remember that deal, but I've never actually formally
imported anything. I understand why people want an Agrarian
Economy, but its just not going to cut it for any State located
       in the rough south.

We are sorry but you may not, you may open a trading post in the
port city of Saint Kitts alongside the Alabama River.
OOC: And Turk, I kinda live in the South. I was born and raised
in Mississippi. I think I understand that an agrarian economy
can work everywhere in the south.

Ooc. I believe Columbia Confederate and I are happy to have
Agrarian economies l. That is one part of our exports and our
economy but not the whole reliance. Also in the world of the
NCSA even death Valley in Eastern California could be flush with
water and game if the player wanted it.

OOC: Not what I meant, any State located in the South will be
prioritizing agriculture, so trading exclusively in the south is
a bad idea. No one will pay for what they already have.
And as for what WP says, I would disagree with that, I would
rather like it if those States had to rely on what they had, but
yeah I can see that as a thing.

All shoreline cities of Columbia are currently unavailable as
they are under blockade, as well as invasion. All ships will be
turned away, and if not compliant, will be sunk.
