looked curiously at the Kaiserin. "My country has a long
standing history of neutrality. We take a non interventionist,
pacifistic view on regional events, making it nearly impossible
to take part in any war. The only time my nation will take part
in such affairs is when our own safety is compromised."

the views of his government, but to my current knowledge, we
will not take part in ANY foreign event unless it compromises
our security. Take it as selfish or heartless, but the safety of
your people is the top priority of any leader is it not? Any
steps to prevent the unecessary deaths of our kinsman are always
welcomed..." The Queen eyed Kaiserin, "We may not see eye to
eye on this issue, but take it as you may, Our People come
first."

"So you would rather be left as a sitting duck, all by yourself,
with no one to defend you, just to maintain an image of
neutrality? You say your people come first but when someone
offers you a blank check to defend you if you are attack and you
turn it down, I don't see how that will prevent unnecessary
deaths of your kinsmen."

traditions. We shall endeavor to maintain positive relations
with our sister nations. What we don't need, however, is to get
dragged into unneeded wars." The Queen was getting quite
flustered at this point. "I have offered to bring it up with the
Prime Minister, but should the Kaiserin continue not respect our
ideals and our values, I believe we have nothing further to
discuss here."

then she says, "I do apologize if I had offended you, your
people, or your culture."

The Queen calmed herself, smoothing out her red dress. "Her
Majesty does not need to apologize... We all must learn to get
along, especially... me..." she forced out. Sighing, she took
rather large breaths, so many things were running through her
mind, her head becoming lighter, and her vision blurry. Finally
she collapsed into her husband's arms, who got up and escorted
her from the room.
Moments later, her husband returned. "Your Majesties, my wife
suffers from sickles disease. Her over exertion possibly
exhausted her to the point of fainting. She will be fine
however. I shall be taking her spot in the negotiations.
Kejsarinna, shall we?"

she will. In correlation with Her Majesty's doctors, she will
have swift recovery. If I know my wife, she would want me to
finish this meeting on her behalf."
