Wilhelm Heidrich looks at Emperor Maximus, "Do you think you
could share a nuclear program with us as well...? Nuclear
missiles are a far better solution to what we have. Although I
doubt my people would actually support having them... they're
already upset about our alternative." He then whispers to
Maximus, "Should we mention the Conflict we had? No point in
keeping secrets from close allies."
