discuss the Interkosmos program of the 'Sozialistischen Pakt'.

build the 'International Socialist Orbital Research and Sciences
Center'. We have already started construction but we have much
ahead of us. It will provide research and scientific progress to
socialist nations alike. Due to the facility being in space, it
is extremely protected against spies. A perfect vault for our
research and development."

Wilhelm Heidrich reluctantly mentions, "Lets talk about the
Military aspect to the pact. My condolences but our nation is
not warlike. The best I can do is sustain 2 years of military
combat before my populace will become angry. The best I can do
is send 10,000 soldiers to aid allies at all times. We have a
very small military of 200,000 personnel. We cannot directly
research military weapons due to it's unpopular nature. Although
we research projects for civilian use then transfer it over to
military capabilities. This allows us to bypass the low military
funds. In order to make up for our low numbers our units are
highly trained and are equipment with most advanced equipment
that we can design. Hopefully the Space Station will allow us to
progress on our military research."

"My nation is not strictly warlike either, as I have no control
over the military and my Grand Chancellor has to be reelected,
so we feel the pain of a long military operation as well but my
populous can be convinced to support a multi-year operation but
not one lasting longer than five years, and we are trying to
build a military as ours is not that powerful at the current
moment in time."

would be happy to help you in anything that you both might need.
Anything at all. Guns, officers, training, armor, aircraft.
Anything you need at all." He replied.
