The Secretary of State of Warren-Sanders was there to greet the
President and his secretary of defense administrator and the
diplomatic relations ambassador, he led them to their limo for
them to travel to the palace, and meet the Kaiser and the Grand
Chancellor.

DEN's large, presidential private plane appeared over the
horizon and came down for a landing on the airstrip. A roar was
heard as it dropped onto the airstrip, and a squeal was heard
from the burning rubber as it braked. It came to a stop about
halfway to the end, and taxied to a hanger, before opening it's
doors for the presidential limo to come out. Inside it was
Emperor Maximus, who ordered the limo to follow the one with the
Cor'Therman leader in it.

When the two Limos arrived, Kaiser Anthony von Bismarck, and
Grand Chancellor Blake Eller were their to greet Emperor Maximus
and President Wilhelm Heidrich and invite them inside the
secure meeting area of the palace, which was searched for bugs
before the meeting started, and after the search was complete
the three delegations and Kaiser Anthony spoke, "It is an honor
to finally meet the leaders of two of the greatest states, thank
you for visiting Warren-Sanders."

Wilhelm Heidrich reached out his hand to shake Anthony Kaiser's
hand. He then smiles replying, "I'm very pleased to meet you.
I've heard great things about you and your country. You fight
for the people and the workers of the world. This is a worthy
achievement that I myself applaud. You and I have familiar goals
and I think it would be mutually beneficial if you joined the
'Sozialistischen Pakt'. It is an alliance between socialist
countries alike to work together to progress in science,
military might, open boarders, trade and mutual protection. We
must stick together if we want to survive in this nation.
Tensions are high within the region at the moment. Friends are
needed to live. If my friend Maximus agrees, we could be very
strong partners!" Wilhelm takes a breath, then faces Maximus, "I
hope you agreed with what I said, you know I wish to see all
nations unite as workers. Don't you think this would be a good
proposal for him? To join our 'Sozialistischen Pakt'?"

"Aye, Tovarishch. It would be a good proposal for him. Too often
the socialist nations are left out, just because we are
different." Emperor Maximus agreed, and shook the hand of the
president before returning to his stance. He nodded and looked
over at the two leaders. "But just because we propose something
doesn't mean it is immediately good. We have to create the
terms, no?"

Wilhelm Heidrich nods, "Well of course... but we should treat
all 'Sozialistischen Pakt' equally. Which means we are all given
the same terms of agreement. This treaty is honored and shows we
are equals among each other. I wont let one of us gain power
over the others. Our voices are equal and it should stay like
that." He then faces Anthony Kaiser, "I assure you we all have
equal voice in this treaty, we want all socialist nations to
progress. We are all simply the voices of the workers... are we
not?"

"That we are, and as such no nation is greater then the other,
we are all equal, just with different specialties, none of which
are more important than the other. What are the terms of the
agreement, that your two nations have already signed?"

"Our agreement was one of mutual defense, and of mutual help. An
open border, open trade, and an open scientific community that
will be mutually beneficial to everyone. Basically, as close as
we can get." Emperor Maximus replied, and nodded to both of
them.

Wilhelm Heidrich eagerly smiles shaking both person's hands.
"I'm happy that we can all agree to this! Together we will
strengthen our socialist nations! But we need to discuss the
next thing, Trade. Trade between DEN and Cor'Therma is simple.
Although trading with you may prove difficult due to not being
in an ocean... Yet I believe we can make it work using rivers. I
export Advanced Medical Supplies and Robotics which may prove
useful to the workers of your nation."
