Claim Georgia.

I'm back.... again... I'm gonna try out a new playstyle this
time around, so don't be surprised if I'm a bit less "World
Police" this time around.
I would like as much of Georgia as I can get since SOMEONE took
it. But still, I'm coming back.
Oh and I plan on being TONS more ridiculous this time around.
Just a forewarning. No Powergaming or aggressive expansion, but
sheer stupidity galore.
