Columbia would need money from the government for the move and
we would need the land protected and as an off ground territory
that couldn't be taken.

What's your grounds? Even if you don't want to move, others may
want to be in the DAs. We can still discuss the constitution.
But this is good for people who may not want to be a part of the
government.

"No the only way my state will allow this is if you allow us
expansion into Cuba, and those islands are called Columbia! If
not we will rebuke, we will form colonies in these places such
as Cuba and it will be ours." He was clearly upset. "We will
nullify again and again until we discuss the constitution I call
for the government to shut down until further notice. I want the
government shut down until we discuss the constitution. I want
this bill off the table. We stopped war to discuss the
constitution NOT come here and be told our colonies are to be
stripped away and given away."

Columbia has recently talked over and has agreed to conform with
the ideals. These nations will follow the Articles of
Confederation. Columbia wishes to discuss its relocation.
